Critical Hosting Requirement

4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided under the following payment structure:

  • One-Time Setup Fee: Covers initial website design, development, and deployment
  • Monthly Hosting Fee: Recurring payment for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support
  • Monthly hosting fees are due on the same day each month following launch
  • Failure to pay hosting fees may result in service suspension or termination
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, you receive ownership of your website's content and design. However:

  • You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.)
  • Website Builders Live IO retains rights to underlying code frameworks and templates
  • Third-party images, fonts, or plugins remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Service Modifications & Termination

  • Terminate service for non-payment or violation of terms
  • Adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for existing clients
  • Provide website files upon request if services are terminated (fees must be current)

7. Support & Maintenance

Monthly hosting fees include:

  • Technical support via email during business hours
  • Security updates and patches
  • Regular backups and monitoring
  • Minor content updates (text, image swaps)

Major design changes, new features, or significant functionality additions may incur additional fees.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between parties
  • Binding arbitration if negotiations fail

9. Changes to Terms & Contact
